Your days will include:
Shift Varies: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday-Friday
• Managing Wash Bay Staff including employee relations, WCB matters, and injury reports.
• Scheduling personnel shifts and coordinating equipment shunting.
• Ensuring timely and accurate washing and baking of trailers.
• Reassembling trailers and equipping them for the next load.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Biosecurity Protocols.
• Collaborating and communicating with Dispatch and Maintenance.
• Scheduling and invoicing for washes, updating wash lists, reporting, and performing general maintenance.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Wash Bay experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Exceptional organization and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and be an effective team player

Wash Bay Technician

Your days will include:
Shift Varies: 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday-Friday
• Timely and accurate washing and scheduling of trailers through the wash bay
• Ensure all trailers are reassembled and equipped with the tools and equipment necessary to complete the next load
• Ensuring all custom washing is serviced and completed
• Meet all the Standard Operating Procedures and biosecurity protocols as outlined by company policy
• Control Traffic on the Wash Bay Premise – Stage trailers and equipment for the logistics divisions
• Performing general maintenance and reporting any advanced problems to the maintenance team
• Ensuring all washers’ clothing is available and ready at all times
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• The physical capability of standing for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision and problem-solve
• Strong focus on food safety and workplace safety
• Class 1 license an asset
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Previous wash bay experience is an asset

DEPARTMENT:      Production

VACANCIES:         9 Rotation; 4 Sunrise

SHIFT:                      Rotation (Mon – Fri: two weeks 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; two weeks 3:30 pm – 12:00 am)

Sunrise (Sun – Thu:  11:30 pm – 8:00 am)

 

Reporting to a Manufacturing Supervisor, you are responsible for the completion of all Manufacturing processes, accuracy of corresponding documentation, and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manufacturing tablets and capsules, dispensing product, equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Ensure accuracy of corresponding documentation and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.

 

Qualifications

 

Education – Completion of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.  Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Certificate preferred

 

Knowledge/Experience – Working knowledge of the associated regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.  Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.

 

Competencies – Ability to meet physical demands such as twisting, lifting, bending.  Good English verbal, reading and writing skills with a proven ability to follow precise guidelines.  Basic mathematical & mechanical skills.  Self-motivated, positive attitude, attention to detail and a team player.  Shift work is required.

Safety and Compliance Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Dot inspection report incident entry in TMW, including monthly DOT bonus report;
  • Administer the drug & alcohol program;
  • Provide risk training for new drivers in orientation class for driver compliance paperwork and certifications, familiarize new drivers with the pinnacle rewards program;
  • Maintaining annual driver document expirations; E-log, passports, visas etc;
  • Ensure driver compliance files are up to date
  • Monitor/audit ELOG hours of service in accordance with DOT regulations and company policy, providing training as necessary;
  • Complete online updates to various portals;
  • Complete monthly and weekly audits of various safety initiatives/certifications, and;
  • Willing to be a Health & Safety Committee Member
  • Able to prepare files for legal action
  • Able to monitor dashcam videos (sort/classify)
  • Assist with accident/damages claims and Preventative Safety Programs with the Safety Manager
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications:

  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, TruckMate, RapidLog
  • Knowledge of DOT FMCSA regulations both US & Canada
  • Previous experience in customer service an asset
  • Previous experience in transportation an asset
  • Must be able to work within busy, loud surroundings
  • Must be able to manage time, work independently and unsupervised as well as part of a team
