In the Blumenort division, the company produces soil amendments and blends. We have two constant shifts, morning hours from 7.00 am to 3.30 pm and evening shift from 4.30 pm to 1.00 am and we are seeking Production line workers to join our teams.

● Daily, operate one of three production stations and the Stenlog production line when required.
● Knowledgeable about all stations of the line and able to work where needed under the instructions of the Team leader. (Station training will be provided.)
● Ensure quality of production meets company standards
● Ensure that the machine is producing at maximum efficiency
● Assist with machine setup as needed at the start of each shift and control and adjust the functions and settings of the machine throughout the shift
● Assist with the repair and/or maintenance of the production machinery as required.
● Must be responsible for working and acting safely throughout the entire shift
● Ensure that their work area is kept clean throughout the day.
● Ability to operate a Forklift and a Bobcat
● An understanding of fundamental mathematics

The candidates should work on any station where needed. There are three working stations: straw (bale buster, hammermill, TRM and ATS), peat moss (peat moss screener + mixer), and bagger (packing and wrapping finished goods). Between stations, we use different forklifts for transportation and a bobcat for the peat station. Our site is dusty and noisy, so they should be ready, as we are working with shredding straw, screening peat moss, mixing different blends and packing them into bags. This work is for physically strong, enduring, fast learning and active men. All our staff in Blumenort are Ukrainians.
