What Your Day Will Look Like:
• Supporting the development of a global health and safety program through research, audits, and data collection.
• Assisting with health and safety employee orientation sessions.
• Collaborating and uploading confidential documentation into the company’s HRIS systems.
• Generating reports and conducting data analysis.
• Observing and assessing the work environment for potential dangers and hazards
• Handling data entry and performing various administrative tasks within HS functions.
• Assist with emergency and disaster preparedness programs and planning
• Completing any other duties as assigned.

 

What You Bring:
• Attending a college or university program related to the role.
• In possession of a valid driver’s license, an asset
• Equipped with exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Capable of working independently and effectively solving problems.

Your days will include:
• Conducting daily ingredient inventory and assisting in monthly inventory
• Accurately weighing out medications for production
• Receiving incoming ingredients including sampling & testing
• Loading feed trucks
• Operating manufacturing equipment, including forklift, as required
• Mill clean-up duties

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• Comfortability with climbing heights
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well under little supervision
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Previous knowledge of HACCP system an asset
• Class 5 license

Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our products are seen and experienced by consumers. Your days will include:
• Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to achieve business goals
• Planning and managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, retail)
• Driving product positioning and storytelling to engage target audiences
• Overseeing brand guidelines and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms
• Managing social media presence and content creation with internal teams and agencies
• Supporting retail visibility, POSM execution, merchandising, and retail relationships
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and product development
• Developing marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies) to support sales
• Implementing CRM and marketing automation strategies with retailers
• Tracking campaign performance, analyzing results, and optimizing for continuous improvement

 

To succeed in this role you must possess:
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and CMS tools (WordPress)
• Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Creative thinking paired with a data-driven approach
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel for field visits and partner meetings
