Your days will include:
• Answering phones and directing calls accordingly
• Performing email and faxing activities
• Performing data entry activities, PigSafe and Fuel reports
• Coordinating boardroom meeting bookings, requests, courier activities and all mailing activities
• Collaborating with Office Manager for employee meat program and organizational events
• Supporting Office Manager in desk seating arrangements
• Distributing company communication and memos
• Managing staff ticket distribution
• Checking online and newspapers for industry related articles and sends to Sr. Management and VPs
• Other administrative duties assigned including compiling data for various reports and tracking
To succeed in this role you must possess:
• Previous experience in computerized office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Grade 12 education and knowledge
• Experience in MS Office software is beneficial
