POSITION:             Manufacturing Operator (13 Vacancies)

TYPE:                     Term Position (1 year)

DEPARTMENT:      Production

VACANCIES:         9 Rotation; 4 Sunrise

SHIFT:                      Rotation (Mon – Fri: two weeks 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; two weeks 3:30 pm – 12:00 am)

Sunrise (Sun – Thu:  11:30 pm – 8:00 am)

 

Reporting to a Manufacturing Supervisor, you are responsible for the completion of all Manufacturing processes, accuracy of corresponding documentation, and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manufacturing tablets and capsules, dispensing product, equipment operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Ensure accuracy of corresponding documentation and strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.

 

Qualifications

 

Education – Completion of Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.  Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Certificate preferred

 

Knowledge/Experience – Working knowledge of the associated regulations that govern the pharmaceutical industry is an asset.  Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.

 

Competencies – Ability to meet physical demands such as twisting, lifting, bending.  Good English verbal, reading and writing skills with a proven ability to follow precise guidelines.  Basic mathematical & mechanical skills.  Self-motivated, positive attitude, attention to detail and a team player.  Shift work is required.

Web Developer (Term)

Who You Are:
• Enjoy working in a team environment.

• Attention to detail, creative problem solving, quick learner, ability to multitask, highly organized.
• Strong computer skills with a desire to dig into the details and learn new software.
• 2+ years Web Development experience including WordPress, HTML 5, CSS, PHP, TWIG,
LESS/SASS, Javascript, JQuery, SQL, and DNS knowledge
• Familiar with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Server & IT Security knowledge considered an asset
• Degree or diploma in computer science or a related field considered an asset

 

Responsibilities:
• Work together with Project Managers and Designers to build, launch and support web projects
• Develop websites following desktop & mobile design mock-ups
• Update and edit sites, implement security protocols, optimize for mobile & SEO
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations for new/emerging technologies
