IRCC Newcomer Survey

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is conducting an online survey of newcomers to Canada on their resettlement, settlement and integration experiences. The survey will help IRCC understand which settlement and resettlement services are working well, and what needs improvement. This will help IRCC strengthen its Settlement Program to better meet the needs of newcomers to Canada.

Beginning on November 12, 2020, an invitation to take the survey will be sent by email to all immigrants to Canada who became permanent residents in the years 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019, and who are now at least 18 years old.

Click here for more info about the survey or to access the survey link. You will need your survey access code to complete the survey.

Click here for a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the Newcomer Outcomes Survey.

Deadline to complete the survey is December 18, 2020.
