Your days will include:
• Facilitating weekly new employee orientation sessions.
• Supporting the Recruitment Team in advertising job postings.
• Managing benefits programs and enrolling employees.
• Assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries.
• Supporting the HR Team in managing employee leave.
• Performing other assigned duties.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A high school diploma (Grade 12); certification in Human Resources is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
