Maintenance Team Leader
Berger is looking for a Maintenance Team Leader at our Hadashville site. There are some great challenges for you ahead in a company that focuses on innovation and continuous improvement.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide hands-on machine maintenance and troubleshooting;
Schedule the maintenance team to follow various production schedules;
Ensure that routine and planned maintenance is completed on time;
Ensure the maintenance team is available to address unexpected breakdowns;
Use your leadership experience to mentor the team, address performance issues and to ensure your employees are engaged and focused;
Collaborate with other teams on projects related to buildings, equipment and the yard.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience with industrial electronics and controls;
2-3 years of leadership experience supervising a small team;
A licensed journeyman in Industrial Mechanics considered an asset;
Previous experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts in industrial settings;
Ability to work independently, organized and detail oriented in your work.
