Job Summary
We are a growing soft drink bottling company seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate is flexible, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn how to operate all machines along the production line. This role is essential to ensuring efficient production, quality standards, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production line machinery
• Learn and become proficient in operating all equipment within the bottling line
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major concerns to maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety and operational procedures
• Assist with changeovers and line setup as needed
• Assist in CIP and line cleaning
• Assist in any position where your help might be required.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• English proficiency intermediate
• Willingness to learn multiple machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

Schedule
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday-Thursday
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
